Visit our shop, choose your OpenDNA Health test and optionally add a physician consultation. Complete a short eligibility check and we'll ship your at-home kit within 2–3 business days — no prescription required.

Collect your sample at home
When your kit arrives, follow the simple step-by-step instructions to collect a cheek swab — no needles, no clinic visit. Register your kit online, seal it in the prepaid return envelope, and drop it in any mailbox.

Polygenic model analysis
Our laboratory analyzes over one million of your genetic variants. The results feed into our polygenic risk models, which combine your DNA data with your clinical and lifestyle profile to generate personalized, clinically-oriented risk scores for each condition.

Your personalized report & physician review
Your results are reviewed and signed by a licensed physician, then published to your secure dashboard. You can explore your risks interactively, see how lifestyle changes affect your scores, and book a 1-on-1 video consultation to build your dedicated prevention plan.
